If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivered date of your purchase - unless otherwise noted during a sale period or unless item is marked FINAL SALE. All sale and flash sale items are FINAL SALE with no returns.
Please contact customer service at email@example.com for a return. We will issue you an RMA number and this number must be included on the package when you are returning. We do not cover return shipping and we suggest using a return-shipping carrier with tracking, as we will not be responsible for returns lost in the mail. If you sent an item back to us without an RMA approval, your items will be sent back to you.
Unless the item is defective, the product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. Products must be returned in a like new condition. All swimwear products must be returned with tags and sanitary liner attached. Apparel items must have their tags, not be worn, washed or otherwise used.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product, please return the undesired items for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.
Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed. Return will be applied to method of original purchase.
